How does the credit system work?

In general, the credit system should be something along the lines of:

1. For completely multiple choices questionnaires, 1 credit = 1 minute
2. For completely open-ended questionnaires, 5 credits = 1 minute
3. For hybrids, 3 credits = 1 minute
